Winter Song
Record label: Epic/Sony

Winter Song is the 14th single from Japanese pop group Dreams Come True, and the first entirely in English. The title song was featured in the film Sleepless in Seattle, and became a number one hit in Japan. The B-side to the single is the English version of the song SWEET SWEET SWEET, the studio version to the music used in the ending sequence to Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Called simply SWEET DREAM, the Japanese vocal version had been available prior on DCT's 1992 album The Swinging Star. This was the first time the English vocals had been available, and wouldn't be re-released until the Sonic the Hedgehog 1&2 Soundtrack.

  • When DCT left Epic/Sony to sign a new contract with Virgin, Sony re-released the "Winter Song" single on the 26th of November, 1998. However, this three-track single omitted SWEET DREAM from the release, instead having the original Japanese version of "Winter Song" called "Yuki no Christmas."
