TetraFan1000 (テトラファン１０００), also known as DazelFan1000 in Italian, is a Sonic Retro user. He's notable for his sentence-mixed Making The (???) Announcer Say: series on YouTube. He did fan-made Announcer calls for notable characters, such as Sonic (for Super Smash Bros. and Super Smash Bros. Melee only), Tails, Knuckles, and Amy.

Announcers from modded Smash games, such as Project M and Legacy XP, have yet to be included, and it's unknown if some, such as Brawl-, will be included in future episodes, as the former voice actor for the mod, which also affected Master Hand and Crazy Hand's voice, was later reverted back to what was heard in Vanilla Brawl, with some changes to the .sawnd files in order to have custom Announcer calls for some characters, such as Pichu from Pokémon and Roy from Fire Emblem. Tetra has made comments about this, so it's unclear if he'll still include the former Brawl- Announcer.
His spin-off Making The (???) Crowd Say: series is based on the Announcer version. However, because the Mario & Sonic series lack proper Crowd chant (as none of them have unique voice clips to chant what character's name is), it's unlikely to be included at all.
On November 22, 2022, he changed the Making The (???) Announcer Saying: name to remove "ing" after the word "say" due to it not working in context. He also did the same thing for the Making The (???) Crowd Saying: series to remove the word "ing" on June 4, 2023, which was the first time he had updated the playlist since 2021.
