notaz is a Tech Member on Sonic Retro, and author of the popular PicoDrive emulator, which was the first to include SVP emulation for the Sega Genesis, as well as the first to support Mega CD emulation on the PlayStation Portable. He is a rather infrequent poster on the forums, though he is known to lurk a fair bit.
