HyperShadowDC is considered by some to be one of the most controversial members of the Sonic Scene. He is believed to be the first openly gay member, and quite often flaunted it with his flamboyant signatures. Most commonly the True Love Knows No Bounds line of signatures. He has been banned by all the major sites at least once, despite the fact of his popularity among the staff of the websites. He is also one of the three founding members of SSonicNet, despite the denial of this by the other two founders.
