dust hill guy, otherwise known as Patrick May is one of the community's self-proclaimed Noble Guys.
He is possibly most famous for his insane flashes, and his webcomic The Adventures of Epicenter [1].
His antics are considered by some to be hilarious, but they're often controversial - he often gets in trouble. He has certain problems that make it difficult for him to act appropriately at times, and gets mistreated and misunderstood because of it.
