- Sonic 2: But Tails is Insufferable Edition - Also referred to as Tails Stole the Camera on Genesis, a challenge hack where the camera follows Tails instead of Sonic; completed.
Actual Hacks
Actual hacks, ones that overhaul the game or add content.
- Sonic 1 Enhanced Edition (or Sonic 1 Remixed Edition) - I regret making this, and I will not be posting this here EVER.
- Sonic 2 Beta 3? - An unfinished hack recreating the versions between the Simon Wai and Beta 4 builds; cancelled, originally made in 2018.
- Sonic the Hedgehog 2: The Return of Dr. Eggman - An attempt to fix bugs with Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and re-introduce scrapped levels. (forum thread)
