Tekno the Canary

Tekno the Canary is a character in the Fleetway's Sonic the Comic. Once a scientist forced to work for Dr. Robotnik designing Badniks, she was rescued by Shortfuse the Cybernik and joined the Freedom Fighters as a technician.

Tekno developed a friendship with Amy Rose and the two frequently went on adventures together.

Tekno made a cameo appearance in a single panel alongside Ebony in issue #134 of Archie Comics' Sonic the Hedgehog comic series. Her inclusion was made as an in-joke tribute by artist Jonathan Gray.
