| + | Honestly Ashura holds too much status as that one obscure yet known palette glitch to be merged with all the other stuff, especially considering Ashura's palette also appears in Sonic 3 according to Cybershell, haven't checked myself but the footage shows him using the exact same colours while transforming into Super Sonic for the second time. We don't usually document debug mode bugs but I'd be willing to make an exception for this one, given that it sprouted legs. I don't think it's right to consider it a "Sonic character" though.
