Sweet Mountain in the Nintendo DS version of the game

Sweet Mountain was one of the two first levels of Sonic Colours (the other being Tropical Reservoir) to be revealed. Information about the stage was first released in a featured Nintendo Power article. Sweet Mountain, as the name implies, is made of sugary baked goods such as cake, donuts, and pancakes, as well as other snacks. The yellow drill Wisp makes its appearance in this stage, allowing Sonic to excavate through the fruit-filled cake flooring. In the DS version, Sonic can also ride a rocket full of jellybeans. Laser-toting Egg Pawns also make their appearance here.
