- 1997 — Issue #53 of the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series by Archie Comics is released in North America. Issue #113 of Sonic the Comic is released in the United Kingdom.
- 2004 — Sonic Mega Collection is re-released under the "Player's Choice" banner for the Nintendo GameCube in France.
