- 1993 — "Harmonic Sonic", the 8th episode of Sonic the Hedgehog, airs in North America.
- 1996 — Sonic Live!, the seventh stand-alone comic special from Archie Comics, is released in North America.
- 1998 — Sonic Team "PowerPlay" , an album featuring music from the Sonic the Hedgehog series, is released on CD in Japan. "Open Your Heart", the theme to Sonic Adventure, is first made available commercially on this release.
- 2004 — "Shadow Knows", the 34th episode of Sonic X, airs in North America.
- 2007 — Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games is released for the Wii in North America.
