Player bugs
Slow-motion on the results screen with Jade Ghost
If, while using the Jade Ghost Color Power, the player touches the Goal Ring while locking on to an anchor, then Sonic will move in slow motion on the results screen. An easy level to recreate this bug is Sweet Mountain Act 4.

Audio bugs
Silent Color Power
Occasionally, music normally associated with Color Powers may fail to play when using a Color Power.
Not fixed in any version.
Rendering bugs
Rapidly flashing colours (Switch only)
At launch, the Nintendo Switch version of the game did not clear texture memory in stages correctly, and thus would attempt to load both the previous and current stage textures. This would result in rapidly flashing lights that could cause an epileptic seizure.
Fixed in v1.0.4, released September 14, 2021.
