There is no intro or title screen, instead the game goes to the level select upon starting the game. Upon first glance, The player will notice that Red Volcano Zone is called Red Volcanic Zone in this build. Additionally, trying to access any Zones after Red Volcanic Zone Act 3 causes the game to crash.

After defeating the Red Volcanic Zone boss, the player can use the debug mode to return to the original location of the boss to view what appears to be a bell like outline. This could possibly be a mistake made by SEGA during the development process.
