The Sonic Adventure handheld/tabletop released as part of Tiger's "Arcade Games" series along with 4 other games, Q-Bert, NFL Blitz 2000, Ready 2 Rumble Boxing and Hydro Thunder, all of which were based on games that were released on the Sega Dreamcast.
Each had a tabletop arcade style design, optional screw-on joystick, 4 buttons "A", "B", "C", and "D", and unlike most Tiger games a pixel based LCD display similar to their previous 99x series of games but with a lower resolution.
Gameplay
The Sonic Adventure game of this series features 7 full and partial levels from the Dreamcast version of the game, the levels are
Bosses in the game include Chaos 0, Egg Hornet, among others, the game ends after defeating the Egg Viper at the end of the Final Egg stage.
As you'd probably expect from a handheld version, many events from the Dreamcast version of the game are missing, such as the snowboard event in the Icecap stage, and many are 100% scripted such as touching spring pads.
