The Sonic & Tails Demonstration Sample ( ソニック&テイルス 実演用 サンプル), is a sample version of Sonic & Tails, known internationally as Sonic Chaos, for the Sega Game Gear. It was released by SMS Power on December 12th, 2010. It was likely used in game stores to demonstrate the Game Gear.

Known Differences

  • The only Levels available are Turquoise Hill Zone and Gigapolis Zone. Level select can only access these two levels.
  • Internally the demo build is referred to as version 0.99 and dated 1993/09/14. The final version is referred to as version 1.01 and dated 1993/09/07 which is a week earlier than the demo build.
