The Skull Fire[1] (スカルファイアー)[2] is an enemy robot that appears in Sonic Rush Adventure.
Overview
As their name suggests, Skull Fires take the appearance of floating humanoid skulls covered in blue flames. Appearing exclusively in Haunted Ship, they will hover about in the air and will fly towards the player should they be approached. If a Skull Fire latches onto the player, it will continuously drain their Rings similar to other enemies like Mega Choppers and must be shaken off by Boosting. Despite being covered in flames, the player can destroy them just as easily as they can with any other enemy.
