Template:Program SCDPCSSEd is a utility for editing Special Stages in the PC version of Sonic CD. It was written by MainMemory in C#, and requires the .NET Framework 3.5 to run. It includes palette files for each stage.
Use the left mouse button to draw tiles on the map, select tiles by right clicking on the map or using the list on the right. Tiles can be rotated in 90° increments and flipped horizontally.
