The Sonic Level Editor (SLEEP) is a hacking program created by Tristan Penman that can edit levels in Sonic 2 savestates and the Sonic 2 Beta ROM. It requires special tilesets to work. To find tilesets for a specific level, check that level's page in Sonic Retro for a link from Esrael's page.
