RadPal always starts up with Sonic's palette from Sonic 2

RadPal is a low-level palette editor designed to work with the palettes primarily found with split disassemblies. It currently only features loading, editing and saving of a 16 entry palette, or in more simple terms, 1 palette line. The program was designed without user friendliness in mind, but it's rather straight-forward, allowing a totally clueless user to work with it. RadPal was designed in Game Maker 6.1, probably the only hacking related program designed with it.

Notices

Quoting Radkip, the creator of the program, "Read the readme, the notices, everything. I'm not gonna tell you how to use it, as it's pretty straight forward. Have fun!" The way the program handles the input of data for the palettes is rather iffy and NEEDS the $ symbol in the input to signify a hex value. Anything else will cause the value to be read wrong, therefore making the palette unusable to a Genesis/Megadrive.

Also worth noting, it currently does not work on Windows Vista.
