Prototypes - Sonic 3 is a two-page preview of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 in issue 14 of GamesMaster magazine.
The magazine reports, however subjectively, that the game (which must mean either their copy or the ongoing progress at Sega) was 90% complete at the time of writing.
