Sonic 2
To get a Perfect Bonus in Sonic 2 you have to collect all the rings in a level. This does not include Super Ring monitors. This feature was already implemented in the Wai Beta. Almost all the hacks based on Sonic 2 have it as well. It is worth 50000 points, at the end of the act.
Sonic 3 / Sonic & Knuckles
To get a Perfect Bonus in Sonic 3 or in Sonic & Knuckles you have to collect all the rings in a Special Stage. This includes also the rings that are generated when you collect a rectangular perimeter of blue spheres. It is worth 50000 points, at the end of the Special Stage (even if you don't win the emerald).
Blue Sphere
There is no Perfect Bonus in Blue Sphere (as there is no score in this game); however, collecting all the rings in a stage shows you the difficulty of the stage you just completed allows you to skip 10 stages.
