Penguinator, or Pen-Pen (ペンペン) in Japan, is a penguin badnik from Sonic the Hedgehog 3 found in IceCap Zone. These blue colored robots walk back and forth slowly, then slide to attack when approached.
Penguinators return the Sonic Lost World with a new design, but with a similar paternal attack your version of Sonic 3 & Knuckles. They appear mostly in Frozen Factory, but also appear in Silent Forest Zone 3.
There is a variation of this badnik in Advance series, called Pen, showing similarities to Penguinator.
