NineKolor is a very simple utility that allows one to see the RGB values of each pixel in a specific image. It gives both decimal and hexadecimal values. You can either load an existing picture or paste something from the clipboard. Then you get the RGB values by simply moving the mouse here and there.

NOTE: You will need the file "MSVBVM50.dll" to run the file. You can download it from here.
