Metallic Madness is a level in Sonic Mania that's based on Metallic Madness Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog CD.

Enemies

• Mecha-Bu - Kabutomushi beetle bots with razor wheel schnozzes. From the original Metallic Madness Zone.
• Poh-Bee - Chunky bee bots that fly through the air and swings dual maces. From the original Metallic Madness Zone.
• Scarab - A crawling Badnik that transports spikes in its rear claws. From the original Metallic Madness Zone.
• Bigbom - A giant, kamikaze bomb-bot which spawns smaller versions of itself. From the original Metallic Madness Zone.
