The Magma Hurricane is a vehicle which can be ridden in Sonic Rush Adventure. This locomotive-like drill tank enables Sonic, Tails, Blaze and Marine to travel deep below Southern Island to reach Deep Core and the game's final story.

Overview

Unlike the various watercraft used throughout Sonic Rush Adventure, the Magma Hurricane does not have any gameplay, and simply transports the player to Deep Core when it is accessed from halfway up the volcano on Southern Island. It becomes accessible in the story after Dr. Eggman and Eggman Nega had stolen the Jeweled Scepter with intentions on using it to unlock the "Power of the Stars", with Tails having built the vehicle within Southern Island's volcano at some point prior to the evil duo's arrival. Using the Magma Hurricane, the heroes are able to drill underground and pursue the geniuses to thwart their plans.

As Tails had already built the Magma Hurricane as well as it purpose in the story, the player is not required to find any Material to build or upgrade it.
