The Madmole badnik (called Mogu-mogu in the Japanese Manual) is a mole robot found in Mushroom Hill Zone. They pop out of holes and throw mushrooms when approached. The mushrooms don't inflict damage, but potentially knock the player back. Avoid the mushrooms and jump into them to destroy them. It also served as inspiration for the Mogu. "Mogura" is Japanese for mole.
