Look-a-like is the credits theme for the Sonic the Hedgehog OVA released in the '90s. The song plays off the doppelganger theme Metal Sonic posed in the film by pointing out items that resemble other things. The movie version of the song was released in the True Colors: The Best of Sonic the Hedgehog Part 2 Album. The full version along with the rest of the movie's soundtrack was never released due to the movie not being popular enough.
