- For the 16-bit version, see Lava Powerhouse.
Lava Powerhouse is the second level of Sonic Spinball for the Sega Game Gear and Sega Master System. It is very similar to its 16-bit version both layout wise, and boss wise. Here there are 3 Chaos Emeralds, and to get them you must either enter through the boiler room or through the lava cannon plugs in the upper rooms.
This level's secret room is in the top-left corner of the level. To reach it, simply launch up to that point and jump through the wall to discover three Monitors containing a 1-Up, a Continue and a cheat code hint.
Quotes
“ | You've entered the energy generator of the Veg-O Fortress. Here you'll explode out of lava cannons. Fly through tunnels on vents of steam. Leap onto searing trampolines. But look out for lava pits- or you could get burned! | „ |
