Jimmy Zoppi is a voice actor who also uses the pseudonym Carter Cathcart (which he used in Shadow the Hedgehog). He left 4Kids Entertainment in 2006 and as such, his role of Vector was inherited by Dan Green. Aside from voice acting, he is also a scriptwriter for the dub of Pokemon, as well as a musician.
