Green Hill is the first stage in Sonic Generations and an adaption of the level Green Hill Zone seen in Sonic the Hedgehog (with some elements taken from Emerald Hill Zone, like the Buzzers replacing the original Buzzbombers). It is the only stage in both the console and handheld versions of the game. The Classic Zone is a recreation of the original Act, while Modern adds high speed thrills to the zone.
