Boss of Sky High Zone, the Goose Mecha is some sort of mechanical Mother Goose. First, Sonic has to vanquish a horde of mini bouncing bird badniks, at which point he drops through the clouds to smash the cybernetic eggs which create them. Spin rolling works well in this section.

Only when its nest has been destroyed does the boss rear its chrome-plated head (on an extremly extensible neck). It proceeds to fire energy balls in Sonic's direction, which posess a limited degree of homing. Six spin attacks will finish it off.
