Etsuko Kozakura (Japanese: 小桜エツ子) is a voice actress for the Japanese version of the Sonic the Hedgehog games as well as in Sonic X. Her birth name is Kumi Uchino 内野久美 and she was born in Mizuho, Nishitama, Tokyo, Japan on February 22, 1971.
