Egg Armors are combat automatons constructed by Dr. Eggman, deployed by the mad scientist in and around Soleanna during Sonic the Hedgehog (2006).

It's an advanced model of the Egg Bomber, encased in a thicker shell that protects them from enemy attack. The Egg Armor can transform between its crab-like shape, which takes 2 hits to defeat, and a sphere for increased mobility and powerful attacking, and takes several hits to destroy in this state.
