Techno Base from Sonic Advance 2 is an example of the cyberspace theme.
Levels with the cyberspace theme are seldom-seen throughout the series and incorporate digital environments and high-tech structures. This theme first appeared in Electric Egg Zone in Sonic Chaos.
As the name implies, these levels are often in cyberspace itself, located at highly technological bases or inside computers. Players can expect to find holographic imagery, highly contrasting neon lights, circuits, abstract reality concepts and colored panels.
