JPEG titlescreen

These are game pages that have a JPEG image as the title screen.

In most cases, the JPEG image should be replaced with a PNG image. However, there are some cases where the JPEG is acceptable and/or is the only option:

• Nintendo 3DS and Wii U screenshots uploaded directly from the browser. (PNG is preferred, but requires an HDMI capture device for Wii U and a custom modification for 3DS.)
• Unreleased games with no publicly-available prototypes, or in some cases, no prototypes at all.
• Arcade games that either do not have video monitors or are not emulated or dumped.
