Sonic & Knuckles Slot Machine Bonus Stage
Bonus Stages[1] (ボーナスステージ)[2] are used to gain extra points, rings, shields and/or lives. They differ from Special Stages by not having a Chaos Emerald as the overall purpose of the level. Gameplay in Bonus Stages vary greatly, from springs to tunnels to various other mini-games. This list also contains a scrapped Bonus Stage that was initially planned for Sonic the Hedgehog CD.
