Shibunoa

<forumuser name="Shibunoa" /> Shibunoa (formerly known as tails92) is an Italian scener, and a Misfit on Sonic Retro. He initially became a part of the Sonic scene through the Sonic Robo Blast 2 community, and for some time did not stray outside of that particular branch of the scene. He is an experienced coder and reverse-engineer for multiple platforms, particularly the Mega Drive. While he has not been known to make any Sonic hacks, his general technical knowledge proves to be quite impressive.

He is best known for his reverse-engineering work on Sonic Jam 6, but he is also involved in various other Sonic-related projects, such as a port of the original Sonic the Hedgehog to the PlayStation and the SMS port of Sonic Drift 2.

While generally friendly and helpful, Shibunoa also tends to be rather cynical, and sometimes a bit rude at times. However, he is otherwise an aspiring, contributive, and enjoyable scener for the most part.

He is a fan of the Klonoa series of games, from which his username (initially brainstormed by Tweaker) is derived.

In August of 2009, he was responsible for staging an attack on Sonic Retro which caused downtime of two days. After the website was restored he was promptly banned from posting on the site, both the forums and the wiki.
