Mr. EX is the Creator of the Sonic 2 hack, Sonic 2 EX. He worked alongside LPfighter (Now currently known as Hitaxas) who aided with graphics while he worked on level design and technical aspects. At his highest point, Mr.EX vanished without a word. His hack, remains unfinished.
