Early Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon

From Sonic Retro

New stuffs

I'm not sure all the new stuffs belong on this page. This page is about a cartoon that probably does not exist. The new stuff is about a cartoon that does exist.--MUser 04:45, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

That's the same thing I thought while I was converting those pics from GIF to PNG. And either way, all of them (including the ones I didn't convert) need a category. Nineko 08:44, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

Merge

Realistically this is probably an older version of SatAM. Having its own page like this suggests it was a different project, but I'm not convinced it ever was - they just had a tough time bringing Sonic to television.

Either way it would need moving to "Sonic the Hedgehog (early cartoon)" for consistency. And then it depends on your definition of "cartoon" - did they ever animate any of this? Possibly not. -Black Squirrel (talk) 14:23, 17 October 2019 (EDT)

WOAH. Wait this is Bohbot’s project....? but there’s Princess Sally... SoA/Dic must have had some shared plot bible that they brought to both Bohbot and Reteitalia, and the former chose to do their own thing. But not after testing something like this apparently. Either way, absolutely deserves to be merged, but... into the AoStH article. And with this, I think both articles should feature an introductory production history that tie into each other, given that both were spawned from the same SoA project. Sonic the Hedgehog and Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog were packaged together in places like the UK. That's why both shows are mentioned on the European Distribution sales card. I plan on merging it into the Sonic the Hedgehog (TV series)/Development page, because that's clearly what this concept art is a precursor to. Only the distribution sales card is relevant to both series, so can go on both pages. --Pecky (talk) 08:39, 29 March 2021 (EDT)
