Sonicola, known as Cola Bakuhatsu! (コーラ爆発!) in the Japanese version, is a VS 4 mini-game in Sonic Shuffle. It is randomly played when a player lands on an Event Space.
Gameplay
The mini-game opens with Dr. Eggman shaking up a soda can and placing it inside a vending machine, then go into hiding as the players all approach the machine to get a drink. This is purely a game of chance, as the players must choose one of five cans and hope they don't get the freshly-shaken can. Players who do not pick the shaken can will get a bonus of 20 Rings, but the unfortunate player who chooses the shaken can will not get a bonus.
Because there are five cans to choose from but only four players, it is entirely possible for all four players to avoid the shaken can. This results in everyone winning the bonus, and the camera panning down to show Eggman seething with anger.
