Sonic R Trial Version is a Japanese Sega Saturn demo disc for Sonic R. It came bundled as part of Otanoshimi 3 Shiro! Disc, alongside two other demos for the games Shining Force III and Machi.
The demo disc has four playable characters (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy, with Metal Sonic included as an unlockable character) and the only available track is Resort Island. Besides the slightly different title screen, it is the same as the final build.
