The Boing-o-Bot enemies are using a red palette similar to Turquoise Hill Zone, rather than blue. They also don't move very far.

Mecha Green Hill Zone is quite partial to these diagonal springs, lining the walls of pits. There are columns of missing missing pixels stopping them from tiling correctly. The final game covers up the holes.
