Heran Bago's God Damned RGB to GBA / 32X Color Converter (abbreviated HBGDRGB2GBA32XCC) is a simple Flash-based utility by Heran Bago that converts RGB color values (i.e., 255,255,255) to the decimal format used by both the Sega 32X and the Game Boy Advance (though the GBA byteswaps its values.)
