The Combat Mini-Sub^[1] is an enemy that appears in Tails Adventures.

Overview

Combat Mini-Subs are among the various ranks of footsoldiers in the Battle Kukku Empire, and as their name would suggest, these troops operate small submarines throughout specific areas in Lake Rocky. They will appear from either the left or right sides of the screen depending on the Sea Fox's direction, travelling forward, though they may stop to fire a projectile at the Sea Fox, then retreat. They may appear alone or in groups of two.

Any type of weapon the Sea Fox can use will easily take them out, and while colliding with them directly will damage the Sea Fox they will also be destroyed this way. When attacking a group of Combat Mini-Subs, destroying one of them will force the other to retreat. Like many enemies in Tails Adventures, Combat Mini-Subs have a chance of dropping a Ring when defeated.
