Witchcart[1] (ウィチカート[2]) is the fourth and final boss of Tails' Skypatrol, serving as the boss of Dark Castle Area.
Strategy
Eventually, Tails defeats her minions and finds her roaming the rails of her castle in her specialised minecart. In the battle with her, she throws spherical sparks out of her vehicle in an attempt to shoot down Tails, though they can be hit with the Ring for 100 points each. As she is in a Minecart, she is the only boss in the game who is not airborne like her minions. To defeat her, the player must repeatedly hit her with the Ring 20 times, or hook her with the Ring and toss her into the terrain four times.
When defeated, her Minecart is destroyed in the process, and Tails then drags her away to an unknown location.
