| + | Hello. I am a newly regestered user on Sonic Retro. I would like to make a Masato Nakamura page on Sonic Retro, seeing as it links to a page on Sega Retro with no information. I also see it fit that a Masato Nakamura page be on Sonic Retro and not Sega Retro because his involvement with Sega is only within the Sonic series. But I wanted to make sure that I do not step out of my jurisdiction as a new user to make a page that already directs to another page on another site (that has no information). Do I have the permission to create a Masato Nakamura page on Sonic Retro, to replace the empty page on Sega Retro?
