Regarding Sonic 3D "Saturn Project"
You recently uploaded File:Sonic 3D Blast- Saturn Project.bin. There's a few issues with this:
- File isn't compressed. (Should at least be .zip)
- No associated hack page that describes the hack.
- If it's just a palette hack, it doesn't meet the Hack Policy.
