Neo is an oldbie in the Sonic community notable for being Portuguese and not liking how his name was showing up in dark red whenever he was mentioned in the wiki.
In his early years, Neo started a lot of silly projects that never went anywhere and were eventually swallowed by rather fortunate hard disk wipes and sudden bursts of maturity, leading up to his coming of legal age. He has devoted a surprisingly large amount of time to making additional content for Sonic Robo Blast 2, though fascinatingly nothing of worth seems to have popped up there either.
Recently, he has been working closely with Tiddles on Sonic 3 Complete, mostly in charge of the necessary graphical work (the kid thinks he's an artist) but also serving as project consultant and pitcher of both awesome and infernal suggestions.
Contrary to general knowledge, Neo actually has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and is a capable programmer, even though he has never really produced anything of worth [emphasis needed]. He aims to rectify this by releasing his first and relatively extensive hack, Sonic Adventure 2: The New Challengers, with the secret goal of achieving ???? ?????? ??????.
