Andrew Wolan founded what is believed to be the first English-language Sonic hacking site, the SSRG.
Andy was also webmaster of the once popular console emulation site Emulation Zone.
Once claimed to have medical problems due to stress that PACHUKA had caused him, as a result of constant feuds between SSRG and Sonic CulT--even going as far as to demand legal reparations from PACHUKA.
Also known as NO CARRIER.
