In 2005 they were engaged and lived together until May 2010 when she moved to Seattle to attend college, but plans to return to Florida after she finishes.

History

Katzu Niku has been a part of the Sonic scene since 1997 at the age of 10, frequenting such places as alt.fan.sonic-hedgehog, Sonic HQ, Secrets of Sonic the Hedgehog and SegaSonic Network.

In 2003 she met her now-fiancé InstantSonic via the Sonic the Hedgehog Info Page which hosted his radio play Sonic and the Death Cheese. This inspired her to want to participate in the voice-acting part of the scene so she found InstantSonic's site and contacted him through it asking to audition for a role in his next production. In 2005 they were engaged and lived together until May 2010 when she moved to Seattle to attend college. InstantSonic plans to move to Washington to join her as soon as possible.

Retroactive Action

As a staff member of Sonic Retro, Katzu Niku wishes to do what she can to bring fun and excitement to the Sonic community in many ways including helping make the Sonic Retro Podcast as classy and cool as possible.
